Lustrous, transparent, open weave, lightweight and textural. In open weave fabrics there is less structure, so if you are nuno felting your cloth will have a more lustrous surface than a highly textural one. Your cloth will also have excellent drape because of the mesh’s open weave structure. There is a fantastic see through element to the mesh. Open weave fabrics tend to have more shift in the fabric’s structure and so will be a bit more fragile than more tightly woven fabrics. To cut a straight line, pull a thread then cut along the pulled thread line.
